KCSO searching for missing at-risk man

Kern County sheriff's deputies are asking for help in finding a missing at-risk man. Ralph Handy, 84, was last seen 8 p. m. Friday on the 800 block of South Union Avenue. Handy is considered to be at-risk because he suffers from Alzheimer's and dementia. Anyone with any information about his location is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at (661) 861-3110.
