KCSO bomb squad offers tips if you spot a suspicious package

After pipe bombs targeting Hillary Clinton, former President Barack Obama and others were intercepted, local law enforcement reminded people it's important to know the signs of a suspicious package. "If it's out of place, if there's something unique about it, if the package itself is leaking or making noises or anything of that sort, that should alert somebody's suspicion,” said Sgt.
