KCFD: Grass fire near Hwy 65 threatening structures, evacuations recommended

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Structures are threatened by a 30-acre grass fire east of Highway 65, north of Bakersfield, according to the Kern County Fire Department.
