Italian Street Painting Festival returns to Bakersfield

If you’re walking around The Marketplace this weekend, you would be forgiven for thinking you were in Italy instead of right here in Kern County. This is the Bakersfield Museum of Art’s annual Italian Street Painting Festival. “I think it’s an incredible cultural, community event. There’s something for everybody out here.
