Hwy. 99 reopened after man threatens to jump

Highway 99 is back open after a man threatened to jump off the freeway, according to the Kern County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff's officials were called to Hwy. 99 and Olive Dr.  around 2:30 a.m. Monday. They said they found a 49-year-old man in distress and Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
