House fire victims helping homeless community

A family who lost everything in a house fire is helping others in need. Jessica Carlson’s family said one of the homes on the 17-hundred block of Forrest Street that burned down on Tuesday morning was her childhood home. They were in the middle of renovations for her brother when it caught fire. She says since the news broke donations have started to poured in.
