Honor Flight Kern County says this might be the last WWII flight

Sunday, October 14, when six World War II veterans land at Meadows Field Airport  it may be the last time such a thing happens with Honor Flight Kern County. For seven years Honor Flight Kern County, with the generosity of the community, has sent more than 1500 local veterans to Washington D. C. , more than 500 of them WWII veterans.
