Harvey Hall and Supervisor Leticia Perez donate money to help save Arvin Christmas parade

Former Bakersfield Mayor Harvey Hall made a surprise donation of $3,500 Monday night to the Arvin Chamber of Commerce to help cover the costs of the Arvin Christmas Parade. Supervisor Leticia Perez also donated $1,500 to the cause. Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
