Former city employee sues former Bakersfield fire chief

A former city employee has filed a law suit against former Bakersfield fire chief Douglas Greener for sexual discrimination, harassment and battery. The suit also names the City of Bakersfield and a number of other unidentified defendants. The complaint identifies the plaintiff only as Jane Doe and describes alleged abuse occurred at the hands Greener four years after the plaintiff was transferred to the City Fire Department in 2013.
