Firefighters douse blaze at vacant commercial structure
A fire broke out at a vacant commercial structure in east Bakersfield Thursday morning.The 9:20 a.m. fire in the 1800 block of Niles Street was brought under control in about 20 minutes, Kern County firefighters said.
