(AP) — The fiance of a missing Colorado woman missing since Thanksgiving Day was arrested and charged with murder and solicitation to commit murder, a sheriff's official said Friday. Patrick Frazee, allegedly the last person to see 29-year-old Kelsey Berreth, was arrested at his home and cattle ranch in the central Colorado community of Florissant, Teller County sheriff's Cmdr.
