Family asking for help in finding missing man

The Kern County Sheriff's Office is asking for help in finding a missing adult man. Phillip Turner, 49, was last heard from on Jan. 15 in the Kern River area. Turner is known to drive a 2000 dark green Toyota Tacoma with a license plate number of 6D18773.
