East Bakersfield businesses on homeless in vacant buildings: 'Clean it up, fence it up'
Businesses near East California Avenue and Washington Street say they are the victims of repeated crimes by homeless people living inside several huge, vacant buildings. The site is an old cotton gin, and the neighbors say their businesses are broken into Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
