Driver in fatal hit-and-run in January remains at large
Police are asking for help finding the person responsible for a fatal hit and run in southeast Bakersfield early this year. A pedestrian was struck and killed about 6:40 p.m. Jan. 10 in the 300 block of Panama Lane, police said.
