Driver crashes into water main at Bakersfield school

UPDATE: A Bakersfield City School District spokeswoman said school is in session. --- BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – A driver tried to escape after hitting a water main Wednesday morning near Longfellow Elementary, according to police. Police took the driver to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
