A pair of animal advocates made a gruesome discovery inside an orchard in Delano Sunday when they found the body of a dog that had been tied up to a tree and shot several times.Robbie Miller of SOS Dog Rescue was called to the area after workers found the Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
