Disabled Veteran's Dying Wish Is Stolen
Russell Haltermanis a disabled veteran who served with the Desert Storm. He was diagnosed with bladder cancer which eventually spread through his body. His last wish was to ride in his brand new motorcycle that he bought to travel with. In under 24 hours, it was stolen from his driveway. Russell only wants his motorcycle back.
