Deputies stop vehicle, find man inside with gunshot wound to head

Deputies stopped a vehicle driving erratically early Saturday and found a man inside suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.The vehicle was headed to Kern Medical Center when stopped, and deputies called an ambulance to take the man to the hospital, Kern County sheriff’s officials said.
