Delano shooting victim identified

A man found shot to death in Delano Sept. 4 was identified Monday as 30-year-old Jose Maria Ceja Pacheco of Delano.Pacheco was found in the 100 block of West 15th Avenue in Delano with multiple gunshot wounds and an autopsy determined his death to be a homicide, the Kern County coroner's Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
