DA's Office rules officers were justified in shooting suspect in August of last year
The Kern County District Attorney's Office has ruled that the two officers who shot a suspect during a disturbance call last August were justified in doing so.Officers Matthew Johnson and Joshua Deutinger were dispatched to the 600 block of Pacheco Road on Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
