County settles third case brought in sexual harassment scandal
The County of Kern will pay $1.2 million to settle the last of three lawsuits tied to sexual harassment claims against former Kern County Probation Chief David Kuge.The settlement was reached with Sandra Stockton, a former senior office services specialist who said she was retaliated against Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
