Containment increases slightly as Cedar Fire continues to burn

Containment of the Cedar Fire has increased to 10 percent as the blaze burned another 1,216 acres overnight for a total of 22,739 acres. The wildfire, which began Aug. 16, has burned six cabins in the Spear Creek area of Tulare County, firefighters confirmed Wednesday.
