Containment increased on Cedar Fire, evacuation levels lowered for certain areas

Firefighters have reached 20 percent containment on the Cedar Fire and will be lowering the evacuation level of several areas Friday morning.The following areas will go from recommended to precautionary evacuation at 11 a.m.: Pala Ranches; Homestead Tract; residences north of Anchorage Path to Full Story on The Bakersfield Californian
