Closing arguments begin in murder trial of couple charged in 3-year-old's death
Serenity Gandara spent the last hours of her life in excruciating pain.At least one of her foster parents, possibly both, brutally beat the 3-year-old the evening of July 17, 2010, a prosecutor said in closing arguments Tuesday.
