City Council approved vision plan for downtown
New developments are coming to Bakersfield, with the goal of incorporating the High-Speed Rail project into downtown. The High-Speed Rail project doesn't have the funding to come to Bakersfield, but city staff says whether it comes or not they need to be Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
