Car pulled out of Kern River belongs to missing woman
Kern County Search and Rescue crews pulled a car out of the Kern River on Saturday that belonged to missing woman Lisa Harvey. Crews also found a body inside, however, authorites say they could not identify if that body was Harvey. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
