Bomb found at home Clinton's NY home, second package to Obama's intercepted

UPDATE: WASHINGTON (AP) — Secret Service: Package identified as 'potential explosive device' sent to former President Barack Obama in Washington. The packages were identified during a "routine mail screening procedures as potential explosive devices and were appropriately handled as such," according to the Secret Service statement.
