The Bakersfield Police Department is in need of help in finding a missing 14-year-old teen who was last on Saturday.Katlyn Kinoshita, 14, was last seen around 7:30 p.m. on the 3800 block of Monitor Street. She has been described as a white female around 5' Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
