Bakersfield police crack down on parking violations downtown

More than 300 parking tickets have been issued over the past three weeks, and police don't plan to slow down anytime soon. An Eyewitness News investigation back in March revealed that police were not writing parking tickets for three months. The city uses Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
