Bakersfield man sentenced to 12 1/2 years for possessing child porn

A Bakersfield man was sentenced to 12 1/2 years in prison Tuesday for possession of child pornography.Ralph Dale Shepherd, 58, possessed between 300 to 600 images of minors engaged in sex acts, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Eastern District of California.
