
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The California Department of Fair Employment and Housing has filed a new civil complaint against Cathy Miller, the Bakersfield bakery owner who has been in an ongoing legal fight since refusing to sell a custom wedding cake to a same-sex couple. The couple, Eileen and Mireya Rodriguez-Del Rio, tried to buy a wedding cake last summer from Tastries Bakery.
