Bakersfield College, Porterville College getting money to bolster veterans services

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – Bakersfield College and Porterville College are getting money to expand veterans services on their campuses. The California Community Colleges Board of Governors approved $4. 9 million in grants for Veterans Resource Centers, the system said Thursday. BC is getting a $200,000 cut of the money.
