
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The Bakersfield City Manager’s office says “great progress has been made” in implementing recommendations from a downtown parking study. The City Council approved the recommendations last April. City leaders and downtown stakeholders wanted to make parking more efficient and easier to find.
