Bakersfield City Council unanimously votes to pass an increase in water rates
Wednesday night, The Bakersfield City Council unanimously voted to pass the 41% increase in water rates over the next two years. The increase will affect those in the Southwest, specifically west of Stein Road. There will be three phases: a 16% bump in Oct Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
