BPD officer involved in Tuesday collision identified
The Bakersfield Police Department released the name of the officer involved in a car collision Feb. 16.Ryan Maxwell’s cruiser entered an intersection against a red light and collided with another car in downtown Bakersfield, leaving both drivers with minor injuries.
