BPD hosting Halloween trick-or-treating at HQ for kids

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) – The Bakersfield Police Department will host a “Trick or Treat Meet and Greet” on Halloween. Kids under 12 in costumes will get to go trick-or-treating from 3-5 p. m. at police headquarters, 1601 Truxtun Ave. Police personnel will escort groups of kids every 10-15 minutes, according to the City Manager’s office.
