Police have arrested a 14-year-old boy in connection with an attack on a homeless man.The attack was caught on video and gained a lot of attention last week via social media.Police Sgt. Ryan Kroeker said the boy was arrested Friday night on suspicion of as Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
