Anonymous donor helps rescue operator retrieve dogs

Nancy Cathey, who runs Cathey's K-9 Rescue, was able to get all 15 of her rescue dogs out of the North Central Los Angeles Animal Shelter Wednesday night.Though fees were initially estimated to be $1,500 to $1,800, the shelter charged her $1,095, which was paid in full by an anonymous donor.
