BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) - Police are investigating who stole five custom-made motorized bikes from a recently deceased veteran, and the family believes whoever took them, knew him personally. Bob Jennings, 76, was a U. S. Army specialist during the Vietnam War. He died Friday of a heart attack, according to family. He had a knack for inventing, and turned his garage into a workshop.
