It was three years ago when veteran letter carrier Yolanda Agregano met a scruffy little homeless dog on her U.S. Postal Service delivery route in Oildale.She quickly named him Dirty Harry — for obvious reasons — and her new, four-legged friend began walking Agregano's route with her.
