911 call from night of mass shooting released by BPD

Bakersfield Police released a 911 call from the night Javier Casarez shot and killed five people in east Bakersfield. The call came from a woman in the home at 9406 Breckenridge Road, where Casarez killed Laura Garcia, 31, and her father, Eliseo Cazares, 57. BPD did not identify the caller, but during the call, the woman tells the dispatcher, "We know him," referring to the shooter. Path to Full Story on 29 Eyewitness News
