25th annual Black History Month Parade puts special focus on youth

It was a festival of sights, sounds and a whole lot dancing. Saturday morning, Bakersfield came together for the 25th Black American History Month parade. “This was the, was the, seriously, the best that it has been with participation, diversity, the numbers,” Gloria Patterson, the parade’s organizer, said.
