23abc Storm Shield Forecast
Thursday brought much cooler temperatures than we've been seeing in Kern County. We saw clear blue skies in Bakersfield and that clear weather will continue through the weekend. We won't see any big storms this weekend! We will see some wind picking up. Tehachapi and Frazier Park will see gusts up to 20 MPH Friday. Those winds die down then return early next week.
