We're seeing clearing skies and increasing winds this morning in the wake of that disturbance that moved onshore right on schedule overnight, thanks to a trough being dragged over California. That increases our onshore flow, which means winds will really pick up this afternoon into this evening. Expect a high of 86 degrees in Bakersfield today, 80 in Lake Isabella, 73 in Tehachapi and just 69 in Frazier Park.
