
We'll still see a bit of action today, but it's scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms that aren't as active as yesterday. As a result of all that moisture in the region, today will stay hot and humid, with a high of 99 again in Bakersfield and air quality that's unhealthy for sensitive groups. The Kern River Valley looks to top out at 94 with the best chance of showers there today, with a windy 84 in Tehachapi and 77 in Frazier Park. Mountain wind gusts will top out around 35-40 mph.
