Bako provides tools that allow adults to discover and communicate with other members. Bako does not guarantee the identity, intentions, honesty, background, or conduct of any member.
Never send money or financial information to someone you meet online. When meeting someone for the first time, meet in a public place and tell a friend or family member where you will be.
You are responsible for exercising appropriate caution when communicating with or meeting another member.
Profile Verification
Bako may provide optional verification features, including photo verification.
A verification badge means that a member completed the particular verification process offered by Bako. It does not guarantee that everything a member says about themselves is accurate and should not replace normal safety precautions.
Member Content
Members may be able to upload or submit profile information, photographs, messages, videos, voice messages, comments, and other material.
You are responsible for content that you upload, publish, display, or send through Bako.
You must have the legal right to post any content you submit.
By posting content to areas of Bako intended to be visible to other people, you give Bako permission to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the service.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use Bako to engage in illegal, abusive, deceptive, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Examples of prohibited activity include:
- Harassing, threatening, stalking, or abusing another person.
- Promoting hatred or violence against another person or group.
- Posting illegal, obscene, or unlawfully threatening material.
- Creating fake or intentionally misleading profiles.
- Operating scams or attempting to obtain money through deception.
- Sending spam, junk messages, or unsolicited advertising.
- Soliciting passwords, banking information, or other sensitive information.
- Uploading content that violates another person's copyright or other rights.
- Attempting to interfere with, damage, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Bako.
- Using automated software, scraping tools, bots, or similar systems to collect information from Bako without permission.
- Using Bako for unlawful commercial solicitation or advertising.
Personal Contact Information in Profiles
Bako may restrict members from placing certain direct contact information in public profile descriptions, including email addresses, telephone numbers, external website addresses, and similar contact information.
Bako may automatically remove or hide this information from profile descriptions.
Moderation, Blocking and Reporting
Bako may review reports, profiles, messages, photographs, and other account activity when necessary to operate the service, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, or protect members.
Members can use Bako's available blocking and reporting tools when they do not want further communication from another member or believe an account violates these Terms.
Removal of Content
Bako reserves the right to remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, the rights of another person, or the safety and integrity of the service.
Account Suspension or Termination
Bako may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when we reasonably believe the account violates these Terms, threatens another person, is being used fraudulently, interferes with the operation of the website, or otherwise creates a risk to Bako or its members.
You may stop using Bako and delete your account using the options provided by the website.
Communications From Bako
By creating an account, you agree that Bako may send communications necessary to operate your account, including account notifications, security notices, service announcements, and other messages related to your use of Bako.
Promotional communications, when used, may include an unsubscribe option where required.
Intellectual Property
Except for content submitted by members or content belonging to third parties, the Bako website, design, software, branding, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Bako.
You may use Bako only for normal personal use of the service. You may not copy, sell, distribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit Bako's website or software without permission.
Availability of the Service
We work to keep Bako available, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, errors, data loss, security problems, or downtime.

No Guarantee of Matches or Relationships
Bako does not guarantee that you will meet another person, receive messages, find a match, form a relationship, or have any particular result from using the service.
Your interactions with other members are your responsibility.

Bako makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of member profiles, the conduct of members, or the availability or reliability of the website.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bako and its owners, officers, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Bako.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Member Disputes
You are responsible for your interactions with other Bako members. Bako may choose to investigate or assist with reports or disputes, but is not required to become involved in disputes between members.
Blocking Access
Bako may block or restrict accounts, devices, networks, or IP addresses when reasonably necessary to protect the service, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, or maintain website security.
