Hart Memorial Park undergoing major renovations

Dating back to 1921, It is the oldest section of the Kern River County Park. Now, major upgrades are coming to Hart Memorial Park. The Kern CountyParks and Recreation Commission presented a list of upgrades to the Board of Supervisors that will be implemented at Hart Park over the course of several years.
